Just a short note...

I can't get over Nodame Cantabile!

The music. The plot. The acting. Everything. Why is it perfect?

Japanese are so damn creative! Haha

Nodame!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It left me teary eyed, heavy chested, and speechless.

I really don’t know what to say. Nodame Cantabile sure is very outstanding. I’ve got one word to say to it, “BRAVO!”

I just finished watching the first season of it and, ugh, the feelings gushing from my heart are leaving me breathless right now. The story is so magnificent anyone who watches it may be overwhelmed. The actors and actresses were so outstanding it’s like they really are their characters!

Nande?

I can’t wait to watch the second season of it.

What now?

I benefitted something after watching it. Right now, my interest in playing piano is coming back. It’s like, I want to play piano again. I was a Nodame, who was playing by ears (I usually read notes before, but I lost interest so I stopped for a while) but was eager to play by notes again. I wish to be like her. No. I want to be like Chiaki Sinichi. He’s versatile and he’s so good at playing piano.

Gosh. I still can’t get over it. The Rhapsody in Blue played by S-Oke is still circling my mind. Tat-tat-ta-tat-ta-ta-tat-ta. Haha.

Ehhh?

The last episode did really gave me chills as the montage of clips from earlier episodes flashed before me and they were playing the first symphony they ever played. I was teary eyed that moment. No, I did not cry, but was just struck by it.

I hope and wish and pray that I can watch the second season, plus the two movies of Nodame Cantabile Real Life. Plus, I hope and wish and pray that I will soon be as good as either Nodame or Chiaki. Haha. It’s not bad to dream, is it?

Gyaaaaaaaaaaboooo!

Gametime! Presents: Pokemon Pearl

I forgot to update about me playing Pokemon.

Last June 26, 2011, I finally caught Reshiram with only using ultra balls! :D (I only used two, for the record.) I fought N one time only, and I fought Ghetsis one time only! Was it crazy or what?! Haha. After finishing the game, I literally jumped for joy and excitement. It was, marvelous!

After playing the game, there were few things to do like arresting the other sages, but, I got bored, so, I kissed Pokemon Black in the face and waved farewell to it. It was fun and challenging while it lasted.

Now, you can see me playing another game: Pokemon Pearl version. It started really mind-blowing because I do not know what starter to pick. I began with Turtwig. But since water Pokemons are hard to find, I started it again and now, I have Piplup which now evolved to Prinplup. Though I regretted choosing Piplup because I saw Buizel in a nearby place so, I must have chosen the fire-type Chimchar in the first place.

So, for the record, I now played on all the regions! This calls for a celebration.

And after Pearl and catching Palkia, Pokemon Blue and Pokemon SoulSilver are the next in line.

Pokemon Blue?! Yes! Haha. I wanted to play the silly 2D game which started it all. I haven't played Red or Blue or Yellow yet (on emulator..:D) so that will be the time.

I'm an addict, right? Hahaha

Liberty Day

I ALMOST FORGOT.

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY PHILIPPINES! :D
(July 4, 1946)

...and America, too. :D

[June 12 is the Philippine Independence but I regard July 4 as the true Philippine Independence. Why? IT was on July 4, 1946 when the last invaders of the Philippines left the country and at last, we gained liberty. :D)

An Enchanted Evening

It's past 12:00 am and I'm still awake.

The lizard beside me drowsed of to sleep. I can already hear the wild snore of my brother. The night is dark, as dark as the black hole. Yet, I'm still awake.

It's this stupid report I am going to say tomorrow -- which I'm not really sure if I will report this tomorrow. My eyelids want to close and rest already yet my mind says that I must finish working.

I must have drowsed off a while ago. However, Port Blue made me quite awake all night. The wavy melodies captivate me, inspiring me to work more. The instruments give me chills, which gives me a waking up pill. Those are such lame words to describe a majestic music of Port Blue. I can't even describe its greatness.

I may not have finished my report yet, but, thanks to Port Blue, I finished 1/3 of it already. Gosh!

I Hate Hypocrites!

Hypocrisy. Noun. Insincerity by virtue of pretending to have qualities or beliefs that you do not really have.

I despise hypocrites. I really do. I hate how they pretend to be good and all that, but hidden within them are bad attitudes and actions. I hate how they can persuade people to do something wherein fact, deep within them, they also do these things.

Let me get this straight. I know of many hypocrites in this world. They can be a friend, a family member, a mentor, an enemy, or any stranger. But here are some hypocrites I know very well.

John is a leader. Since he is a leader, he must persuade people to follow all the rules of the school. What’s harder is that, he must be a model himself. But, as he tries banning vices inside the school, we can see him proudly smoking and drinking outside. He shows of his cigars. He bluntly speaks of the alcohol he drinks. Proudly Hypocrite.

And then enters Ariel. She scorns all plastics and all bad people around her. She hates persons for no reason. She wants that everything she says will be implemented. If others’ work will be implemented, she will go wild and get mad at that person. She hates plastics but, she is plastic herself. Does this mean she hates herself? Wild Hypocrite.

Cynthia enters. She’s a funny teacher (basing on the looks). She says, she’s not into favoritism. She says she is fair to all her students. But, then, when her favorite is absent, she looks for him, asking everything why he is absent, and gets bored without him. He is everything to her. Then, other students enter. She says that discipline is important, but, I everybody knows that she keeps something under her chair. She says be honest, but, she’s not. Argh. Favorite Hypocrite.

Here is Michael. He is an education student. He aims to be a teacher but, he likes copying. How did he became a hypocrite? Simple! He loves copying but when he will be a teacher, he will already ban copying or cheating? Over Hypocrite!

I must say, I am also a hypocrite myself. And I hate myself for being one. Just a note. I try to change, but with a bolt of lightning, I go back to the old me. I’m only human – I guess. Still, I hate hypocrites.

Oh yes I’m the great pretender pretending that I’m doing well.
-- we all are. :D

10 Myths about Introverts

Owl City did it again!

It was my routine that once a week, I go to owlcityblog.com to read what is on Owl City's mind. I was mind-blown by his latest post. He actually talked about introverts! I read it and as what he said, "struck a major chord with me." This needs to be known by everyone! Haha

So the post goes this way:

I recently stumbled across a blog written by Carl King about the phenomenon known as the introverted human being and it struck a major chord with me. After each bullet, I felt like standing up and shouting “YESSSSSSSSS!” at the top of my lungs because these points (made by author Marti Laney, Psy.D) are total home runs. As an extreme introvert, this is like sweet manna from heaven.
